Este formato debe estar firmado por el acudiente y por el estudiante.<br \/>\nSegundo, resuelva en su cuaderno los talleres indicados.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Tercero, responda los formularios online que evaluar\u00e1n las tem\u00e1ticas y la prueba Evaluar para Avanzar 311 segunda etapa si fue seleccionado(a) para representar al colegio.<br \/>\nCuarto, de forma presencial deber\u00e1 entregar los talleres de recuperaci\u00f3n y el plan de mejoramiento a la docente. El taller ser\u00e1 revisado y calificado. Si est\u00e1 incompleto o mal resuelto se le devolver\u00e1 para que lo corrija. Si env\u00eda el taller por classroom de igual forma deber\u00e1 presentarlo ante la docente para ser revisado y calificado.
